Raby presents a proposal to Gov. John Bel Edwards, his chief of staff and cabinet members: solar farming as an engine of rural economic development.
It is always a good week when you can quote The Art of War in a presentation to the Governor. It was a distinct honor to present a policy proposal to, and answer questions from, our Governor, his Chief of Staff and members of his cabinet last week.
My closing statement summarized the goal of the proposal:
"Opportunities multiply as they are seized, and embracing solar farming is an opportunity with multiplicative positive implications for rural economic development. It is imperative Louisiana actively pursue this opportunity."
